Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Our team carefully prepares and inspects each jewelry piece to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. Please expect to receive your order within 5 to 14 business days.
Shipping Costs
There is a flat-rate of $10.99 for orders shipping to Canada and USA. Shipping is free for orders over $100 to Canada and over $150 to USA. International shipping is available and is calculated upon checkout.
Additional fees apply for express shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package in real-time. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply. These charges vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Anaïa Jewelry is not responsible for any delays or fees incured by customs processing.
Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email to hello@anaiajewelry.com with your order number in the subject line. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that orders are often processed quickly for prompt delivery.
